When the Guarantee Applies

 

  • If the process itself fails despite proper execution: If, despite strict adherence to our method, the process does not succeed due to a failure in the methodology itself (not execution-related factors), we will refund your payment minus operational expenses that are small compared to the total sum––sales commission (if any), mailing costs, document preparation fees.

 

When the Guarantee Does Not Apply

 

  • If your debt is annulled through legal channels: If your debt is dismissed by a court ruling, officially forgiven by the creditor, or otherwise discharged through legal means, the case is resolved, and the guarantee does not apply.
  • If creditors cease collection efforts: If no further collection activity, lawsuits, or legal enforcement efforts occur within a defined period (determined by the statute of limitations for your debt type and jurisdiction), the case is resolved, and the guarantee does not apply.
  • If legal dismissal requires court appearance and the client does not follow the process: If a dismissal requires the client to appear in court and follow a specific script but fails due to deviation, the guarantee does not apply.
  • If the client voluntarily engages with the creditor or legal system: Making payments, acknowledging the debt in writing, or negotiating outside the prescribed strategy invalidates the guarantee.
  • If the client does not allow sufficient time for the process to work: Some cases take longer due to creditor tactics. If a refund is requested before the reasonable timeframe has elapsed, the guarantee does not apply.

 

Our Commitment

 

We do not take on cases unless we are confident in their success. However, if another practitioner is better suited for a specific case, we may provide a referral.

If we determine that failure resulted from the client’s non-adherence to the process, a refund will not be issued. However, we will work diligently to correct the situation, potentially requiring additional steps and fees, depending on the circumstances.

If we determine that failure was due to the system itself acting outside legal constraints despite proper execution of our method, we will issue a full refund minus the costs described above.
